I'm an atheist but I really just want to say that Jesus is cool

I've read the Bible and Jesus is just very awesome and I like him I honestly would like to believe Christianity is real because if Christianity is right then this guy might have his second coming soon and I'd love to meet him he just seems extremely chill and like a guy I could…

i hate how people say someone's sudden death is "god's plan"

even if i was religious, this would be a very questionable thing to say in response to someone's death. like was it god's plan for the victims of Sandy Hook to be shot dead? calling it god's plan made it sound like they (god) directly caused the person's death

Fruits Don’t Lie

I have learned to take God’s Word seriously, especially the part where Jesus says, “You will recognize them by their fruits.” Many churches contain false believers, because it is easier to create a facade of righteousness than to experience true transformation of the heart. Outw…

Is it ok for me as a Christian to enjoy heavy metal?

My current favourite bands are Slipknot etc and yes lyrics can be very dark and rough but it doesn’t affect my view and sole love for Christ. I tend not to reflect on lyrics or agree with them. I’m a guitarist so enjoy the instrumental sides more. But also as I love God more tha…
